Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of RecruitDash (the "Service"), the recruiting CRM available at recruitdash.app, operated by RecruitDash ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to it.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the actions of team members you invite to your organization. Notify us promptly at hello@recruitdash.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices and plan limits are described on our pricing page. Where a free trial or promotional coupon is offered, a valid payment method may be required, and the plan converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial or promotional period unless you cancel first. We send a reminder before renewal charges where required.

You can cancel at any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

You retain all rights to the data you and your team enter into the Service, including candidate, client, and job records, notes, messages, and uploaded files ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide and support the Service.

You are responsible for your Customer Content. In particular, because the Service is designed for recruiting, you confirm that you have a lawful basis to collect and store the personal information of candidates and contacts you add, and that you will honor their requests regarding that data as required by applicable law.

Some plans include AI-assisted features such as the assistant, drafting tools, and semantic search. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete; review it before relying on it or saving drafted changes. AI features are subject to fair-use limits described in the product. We may use third-party AI providers to process your requests, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law, including employment and privacy laws.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to breach or probe the Service's security.
• Access another organization's data or attempt to do so.
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties except to your own team.
• Use automated means to scrape or overload the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We work to keep the Service available and performant, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may add, change, or remove features. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms after notice where practicable. After termination, we retain and then delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request an export of your data before or promptly after termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the product at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these Terms: hello@recruitdash.app.
